Ridgeview
is a licensed Adult Family Home providing compassionate support for older
adults who can no longer live alone safely but do not need the full care of a nursing home.
Ridgeview provides a safe and homey atmosphere where quality of life and the desire for
independence is balanced in a loving setting. We consider our residents as members of our
family and live alongside of them on a day-to-day basis. If at times we need to be away from
the home, we have qualified and caring support staff that will address each resident unique
needs in conjunction with an individual Service Plan.
Ridgeview is a newly constructed home especially designed for assisted living. There is a large
cozy living room with a television, a sunny kitchen, which can be used by the residents and
their families, a dining area with lots of room for games and activities and a large laundry
area with an indoor clothesline. A spacious deck is accessible from both the kitchen and the
dining areas, and has several eating and sitting areas along with potted flowers and a
spectacular view. All areas are completely walker and wheelchair accessible with wide hallways
and handrails. Lots of windows make it a bright and cheerful environment with many “grand”
country views.

Ridgeview has four private rooms, 180 square feet each, that have a large window,
spacious closet, and an attached half-bath. Residents are encouraged to furnish their rooms
with personal belongings in order to make their surroundings comfortable and familiar. Day or overnight care is also available as space permits.
“Our goal is to provide personalized care at an affordable price. We invite
you to be a part of our family and enjoy the peacefulness of life in the country”
-Jeff and Kathy Nachreiner
Ridgeview is very concerned with each resident’s health and well-being. We communicate
with the resident’s family and doctor on an on-going basis. If we have an open room, we would also offer overnight accomidations to out of town families of residents.
All staff have completed certification training in the following areas:
- Adult CPR
- First Aid
- Fire Safety
- Safe Food Handling Practices
- Universal Precautions / Blood Borne Pathogens
- Alzheimer's and Dementia
- Residents Rights
Activities are designed to stimulate, entertain, motivate, and will be
planned with input from the residents at a monthly planning meeting.
